Luxury 2B Near Toyota HQ, The Star, Legacy West

Positive: We stayed there for a week for family trip from Chicago, Such Beautiful accommodation, Nice and Clean Apartment with Amenities, close to the DFW airport and convenient to local stores. Elevator was far away had to use stair cases to 3 Floor. Soaps and the Shampoo in the bathroom could be used new one's with quality not just from Dollar tree, the Soap and Shampoo bottles look used some one used it before, as soon as i found out rushed to nearby Walgreens to buy Shampoo , Body wash and hand soap. We had issues in bath Tub and it was resolved within 2 hours. One think i just want to highlight for check out, i was keep getting messages that check out is at 10 AM which i knew , usually in the hotels they allows us to stay atleast 1-2 hours incase any flight delays or some other issues. Given the circumstances with Snow and Ice our flight delayed for 4 hours but we had to check out or else had to pay extra charges , in Normal scenario 10-11 Am is fine for check out but with current scenario you could offer some grace time for check out. Any ways stay was pleasant and had no major issues. Thank you Over all the Stay was pretty good.. Negative: Elevator far away, Shampoo and Soap could be used new one’s instead keep the old ones’s

The communication from the beginning was terrible. Upon arrival the apartment had not been clean. The host has zero communication, the English language is terrible. They said they would clean it. Upon returning, they had Not Washed the sheets?! They made the beds. There was a dry dirty wash cloth still in the shower. VRBO. Was terrible said this was a minor issue.

Apartment was terribly cleaned when we arrived. Dirt and food all over floor, kitchen floor sticky, bathtub dirty, all towels were in the washing machine that we had to move to dryer and couldn’t use same night. No paper towels, no hand soap, none of the lamps worked, limited silverware that was mostly all in dishwasher still. Paid extra money to park in the garage and none of the access directions given worked. Elevators nowhere to be found, long haul up stairs and down a long corridor. I don’t think renting is actually allowed in this apartment complex because of the odd directions to not speak to anyone in the building. The host was quick to respond which was appreciated but not quick to get problems resolved.
